At Ashley, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture and decor items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble items if necessary and place them back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, our concierge team will contact you to schedule a professional curbside pickup, while smaller decor items can be dropped off at any authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
